There is nothing at Phoebe’s Cupcakes that gets founders Phoebe Walters and Kate McNamara more excited about than caterings weddings, birthday parties and other special occasions in people’s lives.
Weddings
For weddings, Phoebe and Katie work with the bride and groom to create highly customized, beautiful and great tasting Cupcake Wedding Cake that is arranged with flowers and other decorations to look like a cake, and manage the set-up and arrangement at receptions. Phoebe and Katie's backgrounds in art and their culinary school training enable them to do beautiful, specialized decorations of each wedding cupcake.
Phoebe and Katie have catered weddings ranging from intimate weddings of 100 guests, to weddings as large as 5,000 guests.
The company has more than 200 flavors of wedding cupcakes for the bride and groom to choose from, providing endless possibilities for customization, all of which are listed at the bottom of the page.

Pricing
Pricing for Phoebe or Katie to cater a wedding is at $2.50 to $3.50 per cupcake, with an additional 35% set-up and delivery charge for weddings in the Chicago area. The starting price of $2.50 per cupcake is for cupcakes that are being sold in the company's bakery and café in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, the week of a wedding. Higher prices are for cupcakes that are not on the weekly menu and require custom ordering of ingredients and decoration of the individual cupcakes.
